We streamline the internal comms for companies with a fragmented workforce who put their human capital first by offering a smart dashboard or CMS platform and combining this with a 'mobile first' way of reaching out towards every type of employee.
To keep fueling our growth, we are looking for a Sales Manager
Sales is the foundation of our 2021 growth strategy, we are therefore seeking an ambitious, hungry and charismatic Sales Manager to help shape the future of MeetRoger by expanding the Roger community in the Benelux region.
This is how you’ll contribute to the MeetRoger success:
- Develop sales tools for presentations, demos and trade shows.
- Identify potential client prospects generated through industry knowledge, market analysis and networking events.
- Pitch the Meet Roger platform to key decision makers, leveraging a consultative selling approach, through direct customer engagement.
- Maintain full lifecycle of sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Become a subject matter expert on industry trends that are relevant to targeted vertical markets, staying up-to-date with technology and news.
- Maintain a steady sales pipeline and report weekly to sales management
You would perfectly fit into our team, with following qualifications:
- Native in Dutch, professional level of English and French
- Extremely comfortable dealing at senior management level conversations
- Strong listening skills with a focused empathetic and consultative ear
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical skills as you’ll have to quickly understand users needs
- Highly organized, result-driven and goal oriented
- B2B Sales experience with SaaS is a must
- Passion for life and the Meet Roger product
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment, cause we are going fast … very fast.
